The Black's House - Soproni apartment house is located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, in a quiet location in the center of Balatonfenyves. Easy access from both the highway and the railway. The nearest airport is Hévíz-Balaton Airport, 32 km away.

Balatonfenyves is a family friendly resort. If you visit here, you can simultaneously enjoy the beach life, the magical panorama and a journey by train to the untouched natural world of Nagyberek.

The free beach is 70 meters away. Here you can choose from a number of sports options: paddle boat, surfing, volleyball, beach soccer, outdoor fitness park, children's playgrounds, and bathing facilities for small children in Lake Balaton. After the whole day at the beach, we can take a relaxing walk to reach the 300 m long illuminated pier of the Yacht port.

The house has two apartments with separate entrances, which provide comfortable accommodation for 4-2+2 people. Each apartment approx. 70 m². In each unit, the ground floor part has a garden-connected living room, kitchen-dining room, toilet, and the upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The kitchens have a kettle, tea and coffee maker, microwave oven, ceramic hob and toaster. completed with a dishwasher in the southern apartment.

The rooms on the first floor have a common balcony, which offers a view of the well-kept garden. The garden has a barbecue corner and two separate dining terraces.

In the yard, we established an area suitable for sports, covered with rubber sheets, on which we placed a basketball backboard. A ping-pong equipment expands the possibility of relaxation. Children are provided with swings and games.
